Most of our shipments are made by U.P.S or FedEx! however we will ship best way products that are beyond the range of U.P.S guid lines.For larger freight packages we use FedEx. L.T.L or common carrier. FedEx next day air or second day air are avilaable if orders are placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time
All shipping charges will be add to you invoice as "SHIPPING & HANDLING" .All claims or damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of products. ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPOTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT

To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:1. For all returns for credit, AVISBAG.com must receive all merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 10 days from the date of original invoice will be treated as a return for exchange and no credit will be issued. 2. All packages must be sent to AVISBAG.com double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice. 3. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals. 4. Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a processing fee of up-to 30% of the product price. 5. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
To cancell an order customer must call at once of placing the order to cancell, TOLL FREE 1-800(815-5282) or 631(399-2239). All cancellations are subject to a 20% charge. This will be in addition to any expenses (in general any art and plate charges, products produce of premisses) or charges related to the cancelled order and will be invoiced accordingly.
Orders for $25.00 UP-TO $49.99 minimum will be taken and enter manually by us for additional charge of $10.00 in addition of shipping charges.
We will ship any three bag samples that fits in a 9" x 12" envelop for free. A $15.00 charge + shipping and hanling will apply on any request for will not fit in the 9" x 12" envelop.
