Film Colors
Avi’s Packaging offers 15 standard
film colors: white, black, red, blue, hot pink, yellow, brown, baby pink, clear, ivory, buff, gray orange, silver, and
gold. All prices quoted include a choice of any one of these colors (except where noted).
Please note: Silver film
sometimes has a distinct odor.
Printing & Ink Colors
Up to
6 colors printing is available. All bags are printed on both sides except where noted. All print copy will be positioned
in the LOWER CENTER area of the bag unless specified otherwise. If a stock design pattern is used, the customer’s logo
will be positioned in the imprint area provided. All colors shown on Avi’s Packaging ink color chart are available
at no extra cost. Custom gloss and matte ink colors available

Stock Designs
Stock design plates are available at no charge.
Pricing
All prices are per thousand bags, and do not include the cost
of artwork or plates. See chart to approximate plate charges and typesetting costs. All prices subject to change.
Proofs
Will be submitted for approval unless camera-ready art is supplied
(NO photostats).
Over/Underruns
All orders are subject to
the following commercially accepted over or underruns:

Color
Variations
The colors of films and inks may vary within commercially accepted standards. Care should
be taken with certain inks and film color combinations, such as a white ink on dark film.

TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
1) Terms for payment for invoices are 50% DEPOSIT AND BALANCE ON COMPLITION OF JOB.
2) All prices FOB DEER PARK NY. and are subject to change
without prior notices.
3) Prepaid freight charges will be added to the invoice.
4) Split shipments will be charged a $30.00 fee per
location.
PRODUCTION TIME
Normal production time is SIX to EIGHT weeks on repeat
orders and EIGHT to NINE weeks on new orders from the date of proof of art. Due to
possible seasonal pressures, these dates may vary. All orders requiring absolute dated
completion of orders must be indicated on the order. Absolute dated completions must be
discussed with AVIS PACKAGING INC. prior to any commitment is made. Non absolute dated orders are
approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Merchandise manufactured
must be accepted whether these date are maintained or not.
RETURNS
1) AVIS PACKAGING INC. will accept no return without an
approved prior authorization.
2) All claims must be filed within 2 calendar days of
receipt of your order.
3) Damaged or missing packages must be acknowledged on
the freight bill upon delivery.

PRINTING
The printing method used is flexographic printing, which
requires separated art, metal engravings, rubber or photopolymer plates. Art and plate
costs are not included in the prices of bags. Please refer to plate charge estimation
chart below.
